Castodia automatically imports fresh data from your Postgres Database to your Google Sheets on a highly customizable schedule. Auto-refresh data as often as every 1 minute for near real-time data.

How to Connect Postgres Database to Google Sheets​

Castodia lets you pull data from your Postgres database directly into Google Sheets.

To connect your Postgres database, follow the steps below:‍

  1. Open the Castodia Admin Dashboard
  2. From the Databases Menu, click on Create
  3. Add a nickname for your database connection
  4. From the dropdown menu, select Postgres
  5. Gather and enter your database connection information. Note that you must whitelist our IP (54.177.198.56) if your database isn't open. Contact your IT team for help with this

  6. Click the "Test" button to verify your credentials
  7. Click the "Save" button once a green notification pops up, indicating that the add-on was successfully installed.
