How does Pricing work?
We have 3 standard plans, each of them has a flat fee component, a usage based component, and a set number of users you can invite to your workspace.

What’s an auto-refresh?
Each time a query is ran it counts as 1 auto-refresh.
How do I authorize my account?
Go to your Admin Dashboard and click on Profile. In there, you will find a button to authorize your account. Once this is done, you can start using the Castodia Addon on your Google Sheet.
Why can’t I authorize my account or download the Castodia Addon from the Google Workspace Marketplace?
If you are part of an organization, please contact your Google Workspace Admin, they might need to grant you permissions to allow you to perform these actions.
How do I connect a data source?
You can connect your data sources on the Admin Dashboard.
I get an error when trying to connect to a data source, what should I do?
Make sure you whitelist our IP (54.177.198.56) on your database. Check that the data source credentials are correct.
How do I invite users to my workspace?
You can invite users to your workspace by going to the “Team” tab on your Admin Dashboard.
Is there a limit in the amount of data I can import to my Google Sheet?
We do not impose a limit in the number of rows or columns you can import to your Google Sheet. However, Google Sheet does have a limit in the total number of cells per sheet, at the moment this limit is set to 10 million cells.
Moreover, we do have a query timeout of 5 minutes. This means that if your database takes longer than 5 minutes to return data, the process will be closed and your query will fail. In this case, we recommend that you modify your query and try to split it into parts so it doesn’t take as long to run.
My free trial has ended, how do I subscribe to a paid plan?
Once your free trial has ended, you can upgrade to a paid plan from your Admin Dashboard. To do so, you can follow these steps:
- Input a payment method: Go to Profile, add a payment method, and mark it as default
- Select a Plan: Go to Billing and select a plan

Will I lose my queries if my free trial expires?
If your free trial expires, you won’t lose your queries, however, you won’t be able to run them or run any schedules either. At this point you would need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the product.
