How to Connect MariaDB Database to Google Sheets​

Castodia lets you pull data from your MariaDB database directly into Google Sheets.

To connect your MariaDB database, follow the steps below:‍

  1. Open the Castodia Admin Dashboard
  2. From the Databases Menu, click on Create
  3. Add a nickname for your database connection
  4. From the dropdown menu, select MariaDB
  5. Gather and enter your database connection information. Note that you must whitelist our IP (54.177.198.56) if your database isn't open. Contact your IT team for help with this.

  6. Click the "Test" button to verify your credentials
  7. Click the "Save" button once a green notification pops up, indicating that the add-on was successfully installed.
